OFF THE COAST

 OFF THE COAST

OFF THE COAST

IT IS THE DAY BEFORE THEY ARE DUE HOME FROM THIS SIX MONTHS CRUISE.

THEY HAVE JUST SPENT THE LAST SIX MONTHS IN THE GULF KEEPING THE NO FLY ZONE
SAFE AND SHOWING SADDAM HASSAN THAT WE ARE NOTHING TO MESS WITH THAT WE ARE
STRONG AND THAT WE WILL FIGHT BACK. OUR MEN AND WOMEN HAVE SHOWN THAT THEY
WILL PROTECT THE FREEDOM AND THE SAFETY OF ALL AMERICANS.

THEY ARE NOW SITTING JUST OFF THE COAST OF CALIFORNIA JUST A FEW HRS TO GO
BEFORE YOU CAN SEE THAT SHIP COME UNDER THAT BRIDGE. THEY ARE BEING LEAD IN
TO THE PIER BY THE TUG BOATS. THE SHIP IS COVERED IN MEN AND WOMEN DRESSED IN
THERE BLUES. MANNING THE RAILS AS YOU LOOK AT THEM YOU ARE LOOKING FOR YOUR
LOVED ONE AND THEN YOU SPOT THEM AND A BIG SMILE COMES ACROSS YOUR FACE. THE
SHIP IS NOW TIED UP TO THE PIER AND YOUR LOVED ONE IS COMING ACROSS THE BROW
AND DOWN THE STAIRS TO YOUR WAITING ARMS,, WHEN YOUR LOVED ONE PUTS THERE
ARMS AROUND YOU, YOU KNOW THEN THAT THIS SACRIFICE WAS WROTH IT.

TO ALL THE MEN AND WOMEN OF THE MILITARY WELCOME HOME. YOU EARNED YOUR LEAVE
TIME,,
